Congratulations to Asyp on becoming our 23rd Shadowlands Pacifist Challenge champion! Asyp’s Pacifist journey took 25 days, 57 minutes with a /played time of 2 days, 22 hours to complete.

Asy has accumulated several max level challengers so far in this expansion. While he has achieved champion status with an Iron, Green Man, and Working Man challenger, this is his first Pacifist challenger to reach the victor’s podium.

Asy chose to play the Pacifist Challenge for two reasons. The first reason is that he is trying to get a challenger to max in all of the solo challenges. His second reason is that he never really gave the Pacifist Challenge a full go and wanted to give it a proper try this time.

Asyp was created as a Night Elf Rogue. Asy decided to go with this combo to make use of the Rogue tool kit that includes Stealth, Vanish, etc, etc.

Asy used the following strategy to level Asyp: “Scramble whatever I can to get to level 5 to get professions. Mostly did the loop around Scholomance then paci safe WQs and herb/mine around Aspirant’s Rest.”

Did Asy have any close calls while leveling Asyp? “No, not really. Just the odd aggro here and there. Got dismounted a few times but no real danger.”

Asy has the following advice for others trying out the Pacifist Challenge: “Just enjoy yourself and learn by your mistakes and have a second monitor if doing a paci.”

What’s next for Asy? Will he be taking a break or jumping onto the next challenger? “I will be working on my Blood Thirsty which is 56 and an Iron at 12. Have started a Druid paci, Pally Working Man, and a Green Rogue.”
