Congratulations to Arciron for reaching max level, making them our 46th The War Within Iron Man Challenge champion! Arciron’s total journey was 18 days, 23 hrs, 8 mins, 52 secs, with a /played of 2 days, 21 hrs. 
This is Listen’s ninth Max Level Champion in The War Within expansion with another two Iron Man, two Pacifists, a Working Man, a Green Man Champion, a Blood Thirsty and a Tin Man Champion.
Why did you choose this challenge to play? Listen mentioned, “Wanted to try Iron Man on a Mage.”
What race/class/spec did you choose to go with and were there any specific reasons for that choice? Listen said, “Worgen/Mage/Arcane. Very familiar with the race and have played a few Mages but not an expert. First Arcane Mage I’ve had in or out of the challenge. Mage is so squishy I thought it would be fun to try.”
What path did you take to level and were there specific reasons for those choices? “Worgen starting area (required), Draenor, Dragon Isles, Khaz Algar. Have used this path several times, so it limits unexpected things from happening and killing me.”
If this was not the first challenger of yours in this specific challenge to reach max level, did your leveling path differ from previous champions and if so why? “Fairly standard pattern. Not exciting, but fewer surprises.”
Did you have any close calls while leveling this character? Listen said, “Flying is one of the most randomly dangerous things I run into. I was dismounted more than once but was able to mitigate the damage enough or was just close to the ground a couple times not to die.”
Do you have any advice you would give to someone else thinking of trying out Iron Man Challenge? “Patience is necessary. Have a plan and take your time. For me, I stop every so often to make sure I’m paying attention. If I find myself trying to do something, I make sure it’s worth the risk. Once you hit 70 it can feel like there isn’t enough to do. So I have to be patient and not start trying quests that are too dangerous to be worth starting over. Each level into the 70’s, I become more and more careful. There are a lot of random ways to die in the 70’s,” Listen mentioned.
Are you working on any other challengers or do you plan on taking a break for a while? Listen said, “Nothing yet, but I said I was going to take a break after the last one and here I am. LOL.”
