Congratulations to Arven for reaching max level and making them the 49th Dragonflight Iron Man Challenge champion. Arven’s journey was 1 days, 3 hrs, 4 min, 29 sec, with a /played of 11 hrs, 55 mins.
Is this your first max level challenger? If you’ve had others could you please refresh our memory with who they were and what challenge they were in? Arven said, “Last character was Arven’s apprentice, Tazura, who completed the Iron Man as a Prot Warrior. The master returned to school the student in the Iron Man.”
Why did you choose this challenge to play? Arven said, “It’s the most iconic!”
What class/spec did Arven choose to go with, and were there any specific reasons for that choice? “Arven was a Blood Elf Frost Mage, very good for kiting mobs and survivability. Very low damage though.”
What path did you take to level, and were there specific reasons for those choices? Arven said, “I leveled through the Blood Elf starting zone to 10, then went to Silverpine Forest until 25, then to Hillsbrad/Draenor intro to 35, little bit of Azshara to 40, then back to Draenor to go to Goregrond/Frostfire from 40-60. Then did some safe Dragoflight quests to get to 70.”
Did you have any close calls while leveling this character? Arven mentioned, “Besides some very aggressive water elementals in Dragonflight, the run went very smoothly.”
Do you have any advice you would give to someone else thinking of trying out Iron Man Challenge? Arven said, “Your gear really doesn’t seem to matter when you’re a Mage doing the Iron Man, no need to buy armor or anything just focus on leveling.”
Are you working on any other challengers or do you plan on taking a break for a while? “Excited to make some new challengers for The War Within!”
Congratulations once again to Arven becoming our 49th Dragonflight Iron Man champion, and best of luck with your future challenge adventures.
