Congratulations to Tânee on becoming our 18th Battle for Azeroth Pacifist Challenge champion! It took her 1,667 days with a /played time of 20 days and 4 hours to reach level 120.
Tannie’s Pacifist Tânee was also our World First Pacifist Challenge champion. She managed to pull off this feat during the Warlord of Draenor expansion. Tannie has previously reached the victors’ podium with an Iron Hunter as well.
The Pacifist Challenge is not for everyone and that’s okay. Tannie decided to give it a try due to Fiveiron’s encouragement. It’s amazing what a nudge from someone can do!
Tânee’s leveling path was a little bit different compared to some of our other Pacifist challengers. “1 to 100 was 99% farming. At that time, we had to farm in areas our level in order to get xp, so she had to go to WOD at level 90. I was gone from the game since the end of WOD, and only recently came back. Level 100 to level 120 was all archy in Kalimdor. I could not go into Legion as I had never been there, and I hadn’t yet bought BFA.”
When it comes to close calls Tannie managed to avoid them at least for the run from 100 to 120. Due to the character’s age and the time she has spent away from the game, Tannie didn’t remember having any close calls during her 1 to 100 run.
Tannie has the following advice for those wanting to try out the Pacifist Challenge: “Follow Brittle’s 1 to 5 guide for pacis. Fish off docks in BFA to get initial gold to buy your bags. At 110, use the portal to Uldum and turn back time. If you are so inclined, use fp that will fly over Darkshore at 110. When Alliance has it, turn back time.”
Now that Tannie’s Pacifist has reached max level a second time will she be taking another break or are there other challengers to level? “Since I’ve come back, I have 2 hunters, an heir and a spare, at level 103. I made a couple of spare rogue pacis. One is level 93 and the other is level 34. Turns out I didn’t need them. Inspired by Ferre, I currently have a 67 Druid paci and a 19 Mage paci. I just came back after more than 2 years, so I don’t yet need a break.”
Sounds like Tannie has more than enough to keep her busy for a while. We wish you the best of luck with your other challengers and congrats once again on becoming our 18th BfA Pacifist Challenge champion with Tânee.
