Congratulations to Gentlesoul, Our 9th Shadowlands Pacifist Challenge Champion!

Congratulations to Gentlesoul on becoming our 9th Shadowlands Pacifist Challenge Champion! Gentlesoul’s /played time was 15 days, 5 hours, 4 minutes, and 22 seconds. This character had previously reached 120. So that /played is her overall in-game playtime. Her leveling time for Shadowlands looks to be roughly 1 day 3 hours. Her overall real-world leveling time came in at 1,729 days, 10hours, and 26 minutes.

Gentlesoul is Nisey’s first Shadowlands Pacifist to hit max. At this time she has 6 max level Blood Thirsty Challengers and with Gentlesoul hitting max brings her to a total of 7 max level Challengers.
Nisey says “this started out as a bit of a joke. The Blood Thirsty Queen playing a Pacifist. I really wasn’t expecting to get that far. I figured I’d mess up and kill something accidentally out of habit. As time went on and the character remained green flagged I started to take it a bit more seriously and more determined to see it through. After seeing her safely to 120 I figured it was only right to see her on to the next new max level of 60 for Shadowlands.”
Nisey chose “to go with Priest for my Pacifist because I wanted something different. A lot of Pacifist players go with Rogues or Druids. I figured if I was going to do this, let’s go all in. Going Priest would give me very few options to get out of trouble should I get into some. It was a great motivation for thinking things through before attempting to grab that node or attempt that digsite. I picked Disc for my spec as it’s the spec I’m the most familiar with.”
Nisey says of her leveling path “Things in shadowlands are a bit different than in past expansions. I really really really didn’t want to do another 10 levels of archeology this expansion like I had to do in BfA with this challenger. So I sat her and waited to see if there would be a way to take her into the shadowlands zones. After a good period of time passed from the launch date of Shadowlands Blizzard added in The Maw skip quest. This meant we could now safely get our Pacifist challengers into the shadowlands zones. I had been gathering flowers and mining ore on a normal character so I knew that these two activities would be safe for my Pacifist as no hostile mobs had spawned during my testing. I was so excited to just be able to pick flowers and mine ore again with her that that’s just what I did. I didn’t know any world quests, didn’t do any fishing or cooking dailies. From 50 to 60 I just simply gathered my fingers to the bone. I kept her in Bastion as I knew the areas I could safely gather in due to my time spent there grinding on my bloods.”
Nisey mentions “While I have had two close calls in the past with this challenger I actually did not have any while navigating from level 50 to 60.”
Nisey’s advice for Challenge Toon levelling “Like we’ve all said before, scout out anything you are unfamiliar with. Ask others for their input if you are stuck or unsure of something. Be sure to check the forums on the WoWChallenges website as well. Lastly, just try it. What’s the worse that can happen?”
Nisey has mentioned she will be having a break at some point however her Shadowlands Challenger goals is to get one of every class to max level as a Blood Thirsty Challenger. She has 6 classes remaining.
Congratulations again Nisey on becoming our 9th Shadowlands Pacifist Champion with Gentlesoul and best of luck on your Shadowlands Challenge leveling.
