Level: Can add your character anywhere from level 10 to 15. You must have reached Level 10 AFTER the contest starts. Your toon needs to be in Survival Spec by level 15 otherwise you will be red-flagged or can’t add toon to contest.

Tiebreaker: Milestone Level first (Level 10, 20, etc).
